Townsville Body Fabrications was acquired in 1981 as a very small concern.

Over the years it has expanded and diversified to the point where we currently have 28 employees, and service the commercial and industrial area from Proserpine in the south, Mareeba in the north and Darwin to the west as well as the Pacific Rim.

We have qualified and experienced Boilermakers, Automotive Electricians, Sheet Metal Workers, Specialist Welders and Automotive Spray Painters, along with a CAD Designer and are looking to the future by training no less than 3 apprentices at any one time.

We specialise in Government Contracts i.e. the current Ergon fleet standardisation program. We also cater to local government requirements as well the needs of smaller business operations.

Orders for custom made bodies come from the northern half of Australia as well as the Pacific rim.

Demand for all types of bodies as well as accessories like bull bars, tow bars, storage boxes, builders trailers and roof racks grows daily. Trailer repairs are common also.
